Rev. Joshua D. Gill, Head Pastor
A native of Western New York, Pastor Josh joined Eastminster as Head Pastor in September 2020. For the previous six years he served at Doylestown Presbyterian as Associate Pastor for Youth and their Families, and prior to that he spent 12 years at Covenant Presbyterian in Malvern, PA, first as a Youth Director and then as a Youth Pastor.
He earned a B.A. in Youth Ministry at Eastern University, a Master of Science in Non-profit Business Management from Eastern University, and an M.DIV from Palmer Theological Seminary. He was ordained in Donegal Presbytery in May of 2013. Josh has also been published in the peer reviewed Journal of Youth Ministry, the Youth Worker Journal, Youth Ministry 360, and the Institute for Youth Ministry at Princeton Seminary.
His interests include building thriving youth ministries, leadership development, and integrating students with disabilities into the life of the church. He has taught at several area churches and conferences including the annual Messiah Youth Workers Convention, the Parish Resource Center, and the Engage Conference.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys hanging out with family and friends, cooking on his smoker, and wood working. He is married to Vicki, and they have three sons. Vicki is a certified School Counselor. She has worked in West Philadelphia as a School Counselor and currently works at Eastern University as a Student Advisor in the Counseling Department.
Beth Anne Foess, Administrative Assistant
Beth Anne Foess was born and raised in North Carolina, but is proud to call Pennsylvania home. A graduate of Meredith College, she has held positions as a marketing assistant for a minor league baseball team, a newspaper writer and editor, a yoga instructor, and part-time scooper at a local ice cream shop. Her most important job has been supporting her family – husband Jason and children Sam and Sarah. Beth Anne and her family have been members of Eastminster Presbyterian since 2005.

Carly VonStein, PreSchool Director
Carly attended Bloomsburg University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has many years of experience as a classroom teacher, preschool teacher, and assistant director. In addition, Carly has been an active volunteer with Vacation Bible School, Girl Scouts, Safety Town, and other various church and school organizations. When she is not working, Carly enjoys spending time with her three daughters, reading, and hiking in the great outdoors.

Randy Yoder, Director of Music
Randy is a native of Lancaster County and loves being a part of the Eastminster family for the past 15 years following 35 years of public school and private piano teaching. He earned a B.S. in Music Ed. at Susquehanna University, a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Westminster Choir College and studied jazz at Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is the retired founding director of York County Senior Honors Choir and Concorde Vocal Ensemble, a member of the music faculty at York College of PA, guest conductor and adjudicator for choral festivals and accompanist for numerous vocal recitals. He has been awarded an Emmy for Outstanding Music Composition for WITF-TV’s production of “Historic Pennsylvania” and is a past President of the PA American Choral Directors Association. His wife, Leslee, is a cheer leading coach and teacher of gymnastics and aerobics. Randy is step-dad to her two children, Dustin and Jelee, and he’s Pop Pop to his grandson, Ryder.
