Eastminster Presbyterian Church’s Facilities Management Committee is
totally responsible for the maintenance of the entire physical campus of
the church. All buildings, parking lots and driveways, landscape, as well
as the mechanical. electronic, security and electrical systems are under
their “umbrella”. FMC works to insure that all systems meet federal, state
and local regulations. Preventative maintenance as well as needed repairs
and work projects are completed by the volunteers or outside contractors as
needed. EPC employs a Facility Manager who oversees this committee along
with The Facilities Management Committee Elder. Spring and Fall Clean-up
Saturdays are scheduled and the entire congregation is invited to join the
FMC volunteers to accomplish a number of items such as raking, planting,
window washing, etc.

We welcome you to join us on those days as well as to
become a member of the committee. We meet on the first Tuesday of each
month in the Haines Multi-purpose Room, beginning with dessert at 12:30 and
the meeting starting at 1PM. We have a large and beautiful campus that
needs “many hands” to keep it that way and we look forward working with you
if you have the time to share with us.
